The aim of the project is to create a robust methodology for the air pollution sources apportionment through the profile of organic substances contained in atmospheric aerosols. Due to the support, a NMR spectra library of standards of organic substances identified in atmospheric aerosols will be created. Such a database will subsequently enable the construction of an organic substance profile for the most common air pollution sources. Using multidimensional statistical methods, individual pollution sources will be identified in real aerosol samples and their relative ratios will be determined.
